The Zotter legacy began in 1987 when Josef Zotter transformed his family’s Styrian farm into what would become Europe’s most innovative chocolate manufactory. Today, this premium family business spans two generations – Josef, his wife Ulrike, and their children Julia, Michael and Valerie- each bringing their own vision to Austrian chocolate artistry. This isn’t corporate chocolate production. Every Zotter creation reflects decades of Austrian craftsmanship, where traditional European techniques meet bold experimentation that has earned international acclaim as “the most innovative chocolatier of all time.”
