Zotter Fig & Port

70% Dark chocolate filled with port wine and figs ganache. 

A timeless classic with a sugar substitute: Zotter uses a Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz with an extremely fruity flavour, matured in oak barrels, lets it flow into a very creamy, dark port ganache and adds some bits of fig marinated in port. It’s covered in dark chocolate, which is sweetened with maple sugar.
