The cocoa for this chocolate comes from a single plantation: Bellavista, which belongs to Qantu's friend Don Máximo. A true cocoa aficionado and collector of varieties with unique peculiarities, Máximo ferments and dries the cocoa beans himself, experimenting with different methods.
