A unique combination of our two signature (and favourite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. With sourdough crumbs from Pump Street's bakery and a touch of Halen Môn sea salt, this Ecuadorian chocolate bar offers a sophisticated blend of crunch and smooth, malty flavour.

INGREDIENTS

Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (12%) (wheat flour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%).
