Ocelot Lemon Olive Oil

The oil is made at a family mill where they stone-grind whole fresh organic lemons along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed, grass-green elixir that elevates our 70% Viruncan craft dark chocolate to another level of deliciousness.

The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo.

Cacao solids: 70% minimum.
