Hogarth recreated the iconic Pina Colada flavours of Rum, Pineapple and Coconut for this bar. First the cocoa nibs aredrenched in dark rum and soaked for a few weeks to infuse the flavour, then they are dried out and made into a 72% dark chocolate. When molding the bar Hogarth sprinkles toasted coconut and dried pineapple on the back, adding a glazed cherry to finish this delicious cocktail inspired bar.
