Very creamy and pleasant acidity. Cacao from Alfonso's plantation in El Castillo in the Southern part of Nicaragua. It is an absolute fantastic, old plantation with a lot of life and almost a dreamy atmosphere. The cacao beans are cultivated by Alfonso, an expert within this field, and whom this chocolate bar is named after.
