Baru Chocolate Marshmallow Bar with Sea Salt Caramel

These fluffy clouds are topped with luscious salted caramel, then dipped in Belgian dark chocolate. Made naturally with vanilla bean and honey. 

INGREDIENTS

Marshmallow (47 %) (glucose fructose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, gelatin, maize starch, honey, ground vanilla bean, acidity regulator: lactic acid), dark chocolate (40 %) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, butter oil (milk), emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour: vanilla), Fleur de Sel caramel (13 %) (glucose fructose syrup, sugar, condensed milk, salted butter (milk), whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, water, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour: vanilla, Fleur de Sel (0.2 %)). Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 54 % minimum.
