Amedei Porcelana 70%:  Porcelana is a Criollo cocoa, the rarest cocoa variety in the world. It takes its name from the pale colour of its seeds and it is known worldwide because the chocolate flavour obtained by this cocoa is distinctively round and sweet.

Amedei Nove "9" 75% : Two time Golden Bean winner at the London Academy of Chocolate in 2009 and 2011, Nove is the "family treasure" of Amedei. Here cocoa from 9 different plantations come together for a powerful and balanced 75% dark chocolate.

Amedei Chuao 70%: Chuao shares its name with the Venezuelan region where this cocoa is grown, one of the rarest in the world. It is a primitive Criollo, the result of various cultivars naturally selected over the centuries in this area, which gives the chocolate a strong, round and satisfying taste

Amedei Blanco di Criollo 70%: Third Golden Bean award for Amedei at the London Academy of Chocolate in 2013, Blanco de Criollo takes its name from the seed used to make it, Piura Gran Blanco, a genetic quality grown in the northern Peru. Considered one of the best cocoas in the world, it gives the chocolate a rich and at the same time surprisingly delicate taste, characterized by fruity aromas.

Amedei Acero 95%: Amedei challenged its philosophy and expertise by creating a 95% dark chocolate with a bold, sweet flavour. The absolute innovation of this product lies in the substitution of cane sugar with maple sugar, a high-quality ingredient with a sweet, sophisticated taste obtained from the sap extracted from Canadian maple trees.
