Cacaosuyo Cuzco 80%

Mild and flavorful cacao native to Cuzco yields an 80% bar naturally sweeter than most. Slight fruitiness slowly fades into a lingering fresh, herbal finish.

This Criollo cacao is harvested in a jungle located in the lower parts of the Cuzco region, an area which houses many native cacao varities.
