This 62% dark bar is made with Taiwan Red Oolong Tea from the high mountain area in central Taiwan, an area not common to the growth of red tea. Rare red oolong tea imparts bright flavors of rose, cardamom, and pistachio before letting sweet toffee notes finish strong.
