Luisa Abram White Chocolate with Brazil Nuts

The goal with this bar was to honour Brazilian ingredients. The crunchiness comes from a handmade praline that Luisa Abram generously adds Brazil nuts to before breaking it into small pieces. The praline almost dissolves when it touches the tongue, leaving the crunchy Brazil nuts as the focus and giving an extra texture. The milk helps to spread the taste evenly on the mouth, resulting in an incredible explosion of flavour and texture.
