The cacao used in this  bar is grown on a cocoa plantation of 120 ha, right in the middle of the Mata Atlantica (Atlantic Forest), the wild forest with the highest biodiversity on earth. 

The chocolate developed from these beans is smooth, woody, earthy. It has also expressive notes that evoke autumn scents, tobacco and the local pitanga fruit, also known as the Brazilian cherry.
