Amedei’s Crus come from defined production areas, since they are the result of a particular climate and sunshine in specific regions, just like grapes. Each of them carries its own individual characteristics and distinctive flavor and can be considered as the most immediate, “wildest” expression of their cocoa beans. 

The beans of this chocolate come from Ecuador. Its crisp cracking sound marks the start of a surprising journey into taste, with reminiscences of the forest, the flavour of pistachio and accents of exotic fruits.

Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter. Cocoa min. 70%. May contain traces of hazelnut, almond, pistachio, walnut, milk.
