Akesson's Brazil 75% Forastero & Coffee Nibs

Cocoa beans for this bar come from the 120 ha cocoa plantation right in the middle of the Mata Atlantica (Atlantic Forest), a wild forest with the highest biodiveristy on earth. 

This chocolate has expressive notes that evoke wood, autumn scents, and the local pitanga (Brazilian cherry) fruit; a perfect match to the aromatic notes of honey, malt and maple syrup present in their Brazilian Bourbon coffee nibs.
